Reviewers
agree that the Weber Genesis E-320 is the best all-around gas grill in
its size and price range, and experts say this grill will last for
years. For 2011, Weber made some design changes to its entire line of
Genesis grills, moving the control knobs to the front of the grill and
mounting the burners perpendicular to the grill's front rather than
parallel to it. They now resemble most other grills, and reviewers say
they cook as well as ever but are a little easier to use. The Genesis
E-320 has a fully enclosed cart and is constructed of cast aluminum,
enameled steel and stainless steel. Individually controlled electronic
ignition lets you turn on one main burner at a time, and there's also a
side burner. If you don't want to spend so much, the Weber Spirit E-310
(*Est. $520)
has a smaller cooking area, no side burner and stainless-steel cooking
rods (instead of enamel-coated cast iron), but it shares the same
excellent customer service from Weber.
